We were best friends at school, based in the South of England and played music together, mostly Indie guitar riffs.
In 2015 we decided to reignite our passion for music. Istanbul Hippodrome was born!
Our Origins
With influences like The Field, The Cure, New Order, Kraftwerk, we knew our love of electronic music would be the catalyst for our sound, and leaving the Indie guitar riffs behind we immersed ourselves into the world of electronica, playing Synths, guitars, sequences in Ableton.
